Greenville is the Pitt County seat and the biggest city we serve. It’s home to East Carolina University and ECU Health Medical Center, and the Tar River runs along the north side of town. That mix means a wide range of buildings, from older houses near downtown and campus to newer subdivisions, apartments and commercial strips.
We work for homeowners, landlords and business owners here. The jobs change a lot from one part of town to the next, which is why we look at each one in person before we price it.
Rentals and student housing
Greenville has a lot of rental property, much of it near the university. Landlords call us between tenants to fix outlets, replace worn fixtures, add smoke detectors and make repairs before the next lease starts. We can also look at the panel and wiring in an older rental and tell you what should be updated first.
We give you a written estimate before work begins, and we can coordinate access with a tenant or property manager.
Homes and businesses
For homeowners, the common requests are panel upgrades, EV chargers, recessed lighting and new circuits for a kitchen or addition. Many newer houses here have room in the panel for a charger. Older ones may need an upgrade first, and we check before recommending anything.
On the commercial side, we handle lighting retrofits, new circuits for equipment and tenant fit-outs in retail and office space. If the work calls for a permit, we pull it.
